Company being incorporated
The company that will operate Oolite is currently being incorporated in Estonia. Until its registration is complete, this website is published by its founder, acting on behalf of the company in formation. The registered company will take over the activity, the contracts and the obligations described in these documents once it is entered in the Estonian commercial register. The details below are updated as soon as registration is granted.

2. What this site is
This site presents Oolite, a personal companion application for people who have been prescribed a daily GLP-1 pill, and collects e-mail addresses from people who want to be told when the application becomes available.
The site does not sell, supply, prescribe or arrange access to any medicine, and it is not a pharmacy, a telehealth service or a healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice: see our medical disclaimer.
Screens, figures and examples shown on this site are illustrations of the product design. They use sample data and do not describe a real person or a real result.
3. Intellectual property
The Oolite name, logo, interface, texts, illustrations, code and the overall structure of this site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher or of its licensors. You may view and print pages of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Any other use, in particular reproduction, adaptation, translation, extraction of a substantial part, framing, or automated collection, requires our prior written permission.
Names of medicines and third-party trade marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

This site may link to third-party sites and to scientific sources. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
5. Reporting a problem
If you believe that content on this site is inaccurate, infringes a right of yours or is otherwise unlawful, write to fidele.richelieu@gmail.com with a description of the content, its location and the reason for your request. We review every notice we receive and act on it where it is justified.
Oolite is not a channel for reporting side effects. If you experience an adverse reaction to a medicine, contact your prescriber, your pharmacist or the competent health authority in your country.
